Ok, I'm taking a few moments off (from scrubbing the kitchen floor with a toothbrush! Seriously!) to post again. It's been bothering me that I still have a picture of Denali on my post. She was a wonderful Irish Draft mare, capable of 3'8" easily, and very brave. But, alas, (I like that word, Tai!) I donated her to a wonderful family that needed a "big" horse for the man that wanted to ride with his daughter. Anyway, here's a pic. of my 4 month old filly, Jackie. What do you think?

A very nice young lady that I know was so kind as to remind me that it's been 7 months since I've posted anything on my blog. Wow. . .

Today was glorious: teaching the children was rewarding, but to top it off, I had the opportunity to ride with Carrie, Bekah, and one of my good friends, Joanne. The woods were beautiful, the horses well-behaved, and the conversation was light and fun. Praise God for his awesome creation. Have you ever noticed how beautiful Aspen leaves are; what a delicate carpet they made. Fall is on the way!

According to Anna, this is the first day of the rest of my life.   I am now E pluribus unum. One out of many bloggers out there. I am pretty sure that I still feel the same. Kind of like my recent birthday. I felt the same. But at least then I got chocolate, cheese cake; gluten-free, of course. I shall now leave you to ponder the many deep thoughts expressed in my very first post. Enjoy.
